Actor Mahfuz Ahmed started shooting for a film yesterday after four and a half years. He last acted in a play called 'Share Tin Khana Chithi' in 2018. He is now pairing up with Shabnam Bubly in Chayanika Chowdhury's 'Prahelika'.
The director of the film, Chayanika Chowdhury, had previously said that the audience will see a new Mahfuz in a different look in the film. Lost weight and brought changes to his looks. However, Mahfuz and Chayanika do not want to publish any pictures now. Chayanika Chowdhury said, 'Prahelika means mystery. So I don't want to bring up the look now. I will meet the press in December. Then I want to reveal the look in front of everyone. I will work for 28 consecutive days in Sylhet.'
Mahfuz Ahmed said that he left for Sylhet on Tuesday morning. He said, "I will shoot in Sylhet for two consecutive weeks."
Pantho Shahriar wrote the story, dialogues and screenplay of 'Prahelika'. Chayanika Chowdhury hopes that the audience will find a new Mahfuz and Bubly in Pantho Shahriar's story.
