Shawon Gaanwala: Met on Facebook in 2010, but in-person meeting, talks and hanging out, love all happened in 2015. We did a private radio show. Then we got married in June 2017.

When did you start working in the media and how?

Shawon Gaanwala: I started on stage since 2004. Started working and recording in the studio since 2007. It can be said that I have been involved with the media since 2007.

What are you currently working on?

Shawon Gaanwala: Currently working mostly on stage shows and busyness revolves around it. My only song of 2022 'Lukate Pari Na Ami' will be released on my YouTube channel on November 17. The song is my first solo song written by Troyee. The melody of song is mine, Robin has composed the music and Salekin is on guitar.

Tell us about your original song and future plans?

Shawon Gaanwala: Have plans to release one original song every year from now on. I am planning to reduce the number and prepare with quality of that song with the entire time. I will have some good songs in the future.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a media person as a partner?

Shawon Gaanwala: The advantage is that she understands my momentum very well. Keeping me on time is a real challenge, which Troyee does very efficiently. The problem is that both of us are busy all day long when we are working, and the attention towards our daughter falls a little less.

What attracted you more after meeting Shawon?

Troyee Islam: After meeting Shawon, I actually understood what a big hearted person he is. I learned to love and forgive people selflessly from him. The artistry within Shawon attracted me strongly.

I want to know Shawon's good and bad qualities.

Troyee Islam: Well said, as a person he is very generous, can love everyone, does not judge and he is very supportive. As an artist he never compromises with art. And as a wife, it will not end if I talk about the bad side, I can say one thing though, when he is hungry Shawon can't think straight. Ha ha ha!

What changes do you want to bring in your life?

Troyee Islam: Nothing of that sort. I have made all the decisions of my life my own. So, regrets are very few. But things would be better if I hadn't met some wrong people.

What type of work have you done in media?
